Blizzard is taking pre-orders now at a great sale price of around $100 Diablo IV A collector’s box holds many things. But it is not included in the game. And while Blizzard isn’t accidentally trying to trick people into buying that game-free box, it’s still weird that there’s no option to get the game with that expensive bundle of evil stuff.
Collector’s editions of video games and movies have become very expensive Increasingly popular over the past decade. Personally, I’ve never felt the need for the random characters and stats that usually come with those expensive packs, but I get it. Some people really like to collect anything related to their favorite franchise or series. Whatever you want! Just don’t get distracted and think about it 100 dollars Diablo IV Collector’s Fund It actually contains the game it’s named after!
This week Blizzard began taking pre-orders for something it’s calling Diablo IV Limited Collector’s Chest in Item Shop. This fancy big box will set you back $96.66 (I see what you did there…) and contains all of these items:
- fuzzy-mousepad
- Animal shelter fabric map
- Horadream-pin
- Diablo IV Collector’s Edition Art Book
- Frosted Art Print (x2) – 18.54″ x 10.79″.
That’s pretty cool and all, but you’ll notice that the game isn’t part of that pricey package. For now, Blizzard isn’t trying to fool anyone. The store description states that this box does not contain the game. It doesn’t sell the box on Battle.net, instead selling it on its own retail site, which separates it from its video game store. So I’m not trying to imply that Blizzard is trying to pull off a quick trick-or-treating game Diablo Players are paying over $100 for something this upcoming ARPG doesn’t have. I’m just saying it’s a little weird, that’s all!
I think it’s a good idea for those who buy a digital copy of the game through a third party site or give a physical gift to someone who already pre-ordered the game. But why isn’t there another version that costs more than $60-70 and includes a game code? Or even discounts! Although some things like this can make things more confusing.
clearly, Diabo IV Published on June 6, 2023 On Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC. If you want this, don’t buy this box. Or yes, but still Buy the game separately.
