StarenfeldLike other Bethesda RPGs, there are multiple factions that players can join throughout the game. Although the long-awaited space RPG has only just been released (it will open to buyers of the Premium and Constellation editions on September 1st, with a full launch on September 6th), there is already a lot of information about it. StarenfeldLots of factions, and each one is worth your time.

By Bethesda standards Starenfeld It allows you to join multiple factions at once and complete their side quests, at least it seems to a certain extent. There are five main factions, each offering their own rewards, stories, and quests, as well as a few minor factions, religions, and corporations that seem impossible to join at the moment. So which of the five major factions is worth your time? Let’s get into it.
StarenfeldThe main five groups
Below are the five groups you can join at the time of writing this article Starenfeld:
Constellation: It looks like there is no way you can join this group as this is its main driver StarenfeldThe story, however, is about exploring the constellations.
United Colonies: The UC is a central republic of fixed planets, the first of two great human governments in the stars. It is militaristic, full of powerful, bureaucratic bureaucracy and the long arm of the law is made up of volunteers known as vanguards.
Freestar Group: Think space cowboys led by space marshals called Rangers. The Freester Collective is a separatist regime group based in the city of Aquila. FC split from United Colonies and StarenfeldIn-game lore tells us that it took some time before it was officially recognized by UCLA.
Crimson Fleet: Very simple: they are space pirates.
Ryogen Industries: Headquarters Blade RunnerA beautiful neon city, Ryujin Industries is a huge tech company with its fingers specializing in drones, weapons, and spaceships, among other things.
Except for Constellation, which he unexpectedly joins shortly after StarenfeldIn the opening division, the other four teams will have to try hard to catch up. We’ll get to that in a moment, but before that let’s take a look Starenfeld Groups we know about but can’t join.
StarenfeldSmall factions
Apart from the two main ruling organizations, the Pirates, the Explorers and the Techno Brothers, you’ll encounter certain other factions during the hundreds of hours you spend in space – although it seems you won’t join any of them in the game you can join them. However, three of them can be linked by selecting specific traits during in-game character creation: the Enlightened, House Varun, and the Sanctum Universe, all rival religious organizations. If you choose Illuminated or Sanctum Universe, you will receive a special chest in New Atlantis.
It’s unclear if Bethesda will allow these other factions to join them in future DLC, or if there’s a way to join them that we haven’t learned about yet, but still, here it is. StarenfeldMinor Groups:
Illuminated: These atheists do not believe in a higher power and believe that people should care for each other and not the whims of an omniscient being.
Campus: They are a new religion emerging from the stable system. Their basic belief is that God exists somewhere in the universe and is trying to guide humanity’s quest through space to finally meet him (or her, right?).
Varun House: Worshiping a giant snake, this theocratic group is raised on a human colony ship before declaring war on all of humanity.
Comma: This is a generic term that basically refers to all alien invaders unrelated to the Crimson fleet.
Argos extract: This is the mining company you are working with.
Planetary tenants: Like Spacers, these people are found in random facilities and planets, but unlike Spacers, Eclipsers are mercenaries.
Trade Authority: They are a group of sellers who sell everything, even taboos.
