On September 7th, PUBG MOBILE, one of the most popular mobile games in the world, will be buried in the throne of the immortals with the new awesome update 2.8. In the run-up to Halloweek, zombies have infested the battlefield with terrifying new enemies, challenges, abilities, and discovery items. There are also significant improvements to World of Wonder, including creation ratings and a new zombie PvE template, as well as a new Metro Royale season and Cycle 5 Season 14.
With the 2.8 update, hordes of infected mutants will invade Erangel, Miramar, and Liviv until November 6! Aerolite’s pulsating dark energy has turned the lab dedicated to his research into an abandoned wasteland, filled with ample supplies and resources, and automatically issuing a response card to anyone who enters.
Deep in the Aerolite laboratories and outposts of this map, players must prevent as many mutants as possible from being absorbed by the Aerolite. The more mutants Aerolite absorbs, the more powerful the fierce Rage Berserker boss will be and create greater challenges. Defeating this fearsome enemy will reward players with a crate.
Three equally terrifying zombie variants await players in version 2.8. Alongside the regular mutants, there’s the tall, menacing Berserker, who wields a weapon and shield on his powerful, muscular right arm, while the nimble Reaper can quickly jump and run to attack and dodge hits.
However, the reward for defeating these living dead is worth the terror. While some zombies creep around the Aerolite laboratory, more powerful Rage Berserkers sneak up on the Aerolite. Once defeated, these monstrous monsters drop genetic material that grants the player various advanced supernatural abilities. These include the Mutation Gauntlets, giant arm gauntlets that deal massive damage in melee combat and have smash abilities, as well as the razor-sharp Mutation Blades, which can destroy enemies and which, combined with sprint abilities, allow the player to overrun. Dash around the battlefield, dealing damage along the way.
Players can also ride maglev hoverboards, which can be purchased from the lab, to efficiently traverse land and sea. There is also a surprise for those who love to party to celebrate Halloween at the beginning of October!
The 2.8 update brings several gameplay improvements, including improvements to Creative Mode World of Wonders’ Creative Mode, new gameplay devices for the editor, and a new Zombie PvE template. New waves of monsters spawn here every round – only those who defeat them win.
Additionally, Cycle 5 Season 14 has been updated with new content, rewards and cosmetics to unlock and enjoy, and the latest Metro Royale Chapter 16 brings a new Dagger Melee weapon and collectibles.
