The new 13T smartphone, which Xiaomi will present in September, will launch. Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro come with better update guarantee. It is based on the Samsung and even surpasses the Google Pixel. At least from today’s perspective, because Google is also planning an upgrade from the Pixel 8 series.

Better than Google Pixel for starters

Like Xiaomi’s Communications Director by contacting, the manufacturer wants to guarantee at least 4 new Android generations and security updates for a total of 5 years for these two devices. Since both devices will still launch with Android 13, updates to Android 14, 15, 16 and 17 are guaranteed. It is actually three years.

Xiaomi still has room for improvement

Now we have to wait and see what Xiaomi plans for other devices. What about the Lite model? What about the Redmi Note series, where the top model now costs 500 euros. I find it a bit unfortunate that so far only the most expensive devices have been committed, while Google and Samsung have also included the mid-range.
