Greetings everyone!
We wanted to give you an early look at some of the upcoming changes Rocket League Run the list Next season.
First, the playlist has been improved for the first time since Rocket League went free-to-play in 2020. Each submenu will have a new square design and a simplified layout, making it easier for old and new players alike to navigate through the menus. Menu operation is simple and fast.
Not a final version – just to clarify.
Along with the new look, we’re repositioning some online playlists and other modes in the new playlist. We’re combining competitive playlists and additional mod playlists into one new one Competitive Cards that allow you to line up six Different competing playlists at the same time. Fulfilling longstanding community demand, you can finally queue for modes like 3v3 Standard and 2v2 tiers at the same time.
As part of this integration, we will alternate between competitive snow days and dropshots each season. The next season there will be a competitive snow day, and the day after that there will be a competitive snow day, and so on.
Not a final version – just to clarify.
Big changes are coming not official Card too, including two new ones Arcade-Playlist. You cycle through additional modes weekly like Heatseeker, Spike Rush, Rocket Labs and more! Dropshot and Snow Day will also appear in Arcade Tournaments if one of the competitive playlists is not active So you can expect Dropshot to appear next season.
Together with these new playlists, 4v4 Chaos is evolving into a new game Great party playlistAlternate weekly between 4v4 Chaos and Knockouts.
Not a final version – just to clarify.
Exhibition mode, season mode and workshop maps are now independent Play offline Maps and new special game The card has private match and LAN match options. practice It has the same options you know and love, just with an updated look
Finally, we’re adding some extra quality life changes to the playlist:
-
You can join an existing private game directly from training or from an offline game.
-
If you are already on a workshop map, load another workshop map and start.
-
When you are in a group, you can now see your rank even if you are not the leader of the group.
While this covers everything you can expect next season, we’re not done with playlist changes and additions yet. Our goal in the first few months of 2024 is to give you more influence over which modes appear in the Arcade playlist, which we’ll talk more about in the new year.
In addition to new and different ways to play, we’re actively working on additional quality-of-life improvements that address important community-focused issues, including Smurfing and skill mode improvements. As we prepare for the upcoming Rocket League season and exciting holiday season, expect to hear more about these changes and improvements in 2024. Thanks everyone!
