Samsung has now made the new update available for the German Galaxy smartphones.
Samsung has been delivering the first new system update for the new year for a few days, and now the distribution is likely coming to our regions as well. As early users can report, they have now received the brand new January 2024 update on the Samsung Galaxy S23, for example.
The new firmware is numbered S916BXXS3BWL3 / S916BOXM3BWJM / S916BXXS3BWL3 and should arrive in the next few days. When the first updates arrive, it’s usually a good sign that other Galaxy devices in our region will benefit from them soon
What’s inside? Primarily the latest security patch or Android Security Bulletin. There may also be some other improvements or bug fixes, but Samsung is not currently providing any details about them, not even directly in the update’s changelog. However, the update is quite large at 382 MB.
