How on earth is this possible?
There have been many “big bird carrying stuff” videos over the past few years, but this one might be the wildest yet. we saw Bald eagle carries fish And Fox extract And lambAll that pales in comparison to these final shots of a golden eagle in action.
The Golden Eagle is the world’s largest and most powerful bird of prey. Found in a variety of environments across North America, Eurasia, and parts of Africa, they are considered as majestic and deadly as any other winged creature in the sky.
Speaking of wings, their wingspan is an impressive six to eight feet, and their bodies usually measure less than three feet. Although their size is intimidating in itself, they survive thanks to their sharp beaks and powerful claws (combined with their extraordinary long-distance vision).
These huge birds are capable of diving at speeds of up to 150 mph, and when you combine this ability with the fact that they have the strongest grip of any bird of prey, catching animals of any size is an easy task for them.
Golden eagles usually stick to small to medium-sized mammals like rabbits and badgers, but sometimes they can handle much heavier loads, which brings us to the amazing video below. If you’ve never seen a bird carry a full-grown deer across the sky, prepare yourself.
In the clip, which is currently going viral, a golden eagle is scanning a mountain in search of its next meal. When he sees a chamois (basically a cross between a goat and a deer) the eagle decides he is ready to test his strength in hopes of finding a feast.
The golden eagle swooped down, grabbed the little chamois by the head with its talons and lifted it effortlessly off the ground. It then begins to flap its wings, lifting itself and its prey into the air to find a good landing spot for dinner.
As he lands with the chamois, he lets out a screeching call to the surrounding mountain valley and claims the prey for himself. Can you call it the natural version of table bell?
It doesn’t make sense for a bird to lift such a large creature into the air, but I guess I can’t really spend much time thinking about it considering I’m pressed to play on that TikTok and see all the evidence I need :

Hunters use giant golden eagles to hunt wild boar
Rifle hunting, bow hunting… eagle hunting?
Vulture hunting is a common practice in parts of Central Europe and in countries such as Kazakhstan and Mongolia. I mean, why would you let one of these wild golden eagles do it when you can hunt the animals yourself?
This video comes from Slovakia, where eagles are used to hunt wild boar.
Pretty wild, right?
The fox miraculously escapes death by being attacked by a golden eagle
It’s what they call in my area, a fight to the death.
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that eagles are incredibly agile, but also incredibly ferocious. Pterodactyls are fundamentally majestic.
Vultures’ claws are so strong that they can fly with any small mammal and fly away at will, leaving dinner on the table.
In this video we see a golden eagle swooping down and trying to catch a fox.
Fortunately, the fox saw the eagle coming down from the sky and had enough time to react and defend itself.
The eagle tries several times to grab the fox with its talons, but the fox manages to evade it thanks to its quick reflexes.
In fact, the fox escapes and the golden eagle returns home empty-handed.
Perhaps the wildest thing about it is that the fox isn’t even the largest animal that the golden eagle preys on. These killers prey on bighorn sheep, deer, lynx and even wolves.
It’s strange to imagine an eagle destroying a wild predator like a lynx, but it’s a testament to how powerful these animals are.
