Asus has planned an Ultra model for the first time and is packing in some powerful hardware.
Apparently Asus is making at least one more Zenfone and has plans for a new 11 Ultra for 2024. It comes with some innovations that can be seen visually as well. This includes a front camera, which is now located in the middle. The main camera is wider and has a new design that I really dislike.
For the main camera, there is Sony’s IMX890 image sensor with 50 MP and gimbal image stabilization. It remains at 12 MP for ultra wide angle and now has a 32 MP telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom with OIS. The 120 Hz LTPO OLED display is also generally new; It grows to 6.78″ and has nothing to do with the Zenfone of recent years.
Has up to 16 GB of RAM, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset integrated, data storage up to 512 GB and 5,500 mAh battery can charge up to 65 W fast and 15 W wireless. In general, the Ultra model has significantly more than the regular Zenfone. Since the Ultra addition is here, we expect a regular Zenfone 11 with less hardware and a smaller display.
