Things aren’t going so smoothly at Samsung right now, with various issues with the update to OneUI 6.1 and users of the Galaxy S23 series hitting the barricades. One of the issues isn’t supposed to be due to Samsung software, but a Google function integration.
Samsung has now made a brief statement about it. If the touchscreen is the problem, it’s not the driver or anything like that. This is called because of the Discover integration that Samsung includes on its own home screen. Popular news feeds are probably causing serious problems.
There has to be a fix from Google and it may take time
According to Samsung, Google is already working on a solution. Samsung also offers a workaround (via Sammobile) In any case, updating the Google app to the latest available version and “Clear data” from the Google app in system settings may help.
