Nintendo itself has announced that it has reached an agreement with the current owner KAMPUNI, EMBRACER GROUP AB, To acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of the company and convert it into a wholly owned subsidiary. Many more ports are expected for high-quality games on the next hybrid console, and this requires experienced studios in their field.
