Vanity Fair recently shared an official photo collection Gladiator 2. Here we can see Lucius, played by Paul Mescal, confronts the Roman general Acacius under Pedro Pascal. Denzel Washington can also be spotted, and there’s also a behind-the-scenes image with director Ridley Scott.
While details are scarce at the moment, we do know that Gladiator 2 The themes seen in the original film will continue, but with an entirely new story. Russell Crowe’s character will not return due to the events of the first film. Pascal mentions that his actions have had repercussions that we will see in the sequel.
