Google is becoming increasingly popular in Germany, and the Pixel series is gaining market share.
Samsung is still the market leader among Android brands, but still has Apple breathing down its neck. However, something is happening among other Android brands, as Google continues to grow and may even surpass Xiaomi in the near future. Google currently consolidates its fourth position among smartphone manufacturers in Germany.
This is remarkable, because it was only with the introduction of the Pixel 6 series that Google really dedicated itself to this subject with all the requirements. Since then, the model and marketing have been completely tracked. Other big brands like Motorola, Nokia/HMD and Sony are lagging behind. 163 percent year-over-year growth for Google in Q1 2024 – no one can keep up!
Interestingly, Google and Honor’s momentum means Xiaomi may soon move from third to fifth place. It’s no longer a guaranteed success for Xiaomi; German consumers have received the competition very well.
