Walmart Black Friday deals are arriving sooner than you’d think. Thanks to its new and improved Black Friday sale in 2020, Walmart will be kicking off its discounts as early as November 4 this year.
The retail giant recently announced that it will be splitting the sale into 3 different events launching throughout next month. The Walmart “Black Friday Deals for Days” shopping extravaganza will begin on November 4 and 11 with deals on TVs, popular toys, and appliances.
Walmart will be dropping new discounts on Wednesday of every week in November, followed by even more price cuts over each weekend. We’ll be adding the best deals here as they come, so make sure you check back when the official sale begins.

Walmart Black Friday Ad: What deals to expect
Though we don’t yet have the whole picture of what to expect from Walmart’s Black Friday sale, the retailer recently released its Black Friday preview to give you an idea of what deals are to come.
The most prominent discounts from these Black Friday ads appear to be Walmart TV deals, gaming laptop sales, and low prices on AirPods. There is also a hoard of good discounts on Instant Pots and cheap vacuums alongside various other home appliances on sale.
So far, Walmart has only released ads for the first two weeks of November, so we will keep an eye out for any new information on the final sale when it arrives.
Will Walmart’s Black Friday deals be online in 2020?
In short, yes. All of Walmart’s Black Friday deals will be available online and in stores.
This is part of Walmart’s larger attempt to reduce in-store traffic during the holiday season. The retailer will also be offering a contact-free curbside pickup service to proved a safer experience for shoppers.
Will Walmart participate in Cyber Monday this year?
Traditionally, Walmart has always participated in Cyber Monday deals events. We expect this year will be much the same, with many of the same deals from Black Friday extending through the beginning of December at Walmart.
Will other retailers have better Black Friday sales?
Almost every online retailer, with the exception of Home Depot, will have a Black Friday sale in 2020. We don’t yet know if discounts from Amazon, Best Buy, and Target will out-pace Walmart deals in 2020, but here’s a quick look at other sales across the web.
Amazon Black Friday: Amazon is currently offering early Black Friday deals in the form of its Holiday Dash event. This sale is set to last until November 19, which is when we expect the Amazon Black Friday sale to officially kick-off.
Target Black Friday: The Target sale will begin on November 1, with new deals arriving each week.
Best Buy Black Friday: The Best Buy Black Friday sale began on Prime Day with early deals, and will continue on through Cyber Monday with new discounts.
