A speaker never seen before: it will renew the market
LG Display has announced Thin actuator sound solution, which the company calls an “invisible” speaker for cars. It has this nickname for the simple fact that it is much smaller in size than a classic car speaker, for nothing it can be placed literally anywhere.
But how does he turn one object into one Speaker? Engineers argue that since the module vibrates, it is obviously capable of generating sound waves and consequently audio. Therefore, regardless of where it is placed, the result does not seem to change an iota.
It’s interesting from a feature point of view, as the seemingly thin Actuator Sound Solution measures 150 x 90mm, plus it’s 2.5mm thick and weighs 40g. LG Claims they produce 70% less weight and 90% less thickness than a classic automotive speaker.

Its location, however, seems to be the biggest feature of the device in question. There is no limit to where it can be placed, but one wonders if it could be harmful in the long run significant damage. The company claims that it will not be compromised in any way, moreover, the quality itself will not be reduced now or ever.
