A Starfield player manages to interrupt Brogan’s speech with a well-placed grenade, hilariously taking Brogan offline.
Starfield, the latest space RPG developed by Bethesda, was officially released on September 5th, but Early Access players have already been able to enjoy some unique interactions.
During the Starfield tutorial, you’ll encounter Crimson Fleet Captain Brogan, who you can either kill or try to talk to.
However, one of the players didn’t let Brogan speak for more than two seconds before the grenade exploded and the fight began.

No respect for Starfield’s Brogan tutorial
A clip was shared on Twitter by a user of his wonderful conversation with Brogan. AaronBaileyArt described the encounter as “literally the funniest thing” in the game yet.
The video shows Pirate Brogan waiting for the player as he exits the entrance. Upon seeing the three space pirates dressed in red, Aronbeiliart immediately threw a grenade.

But the scene begins when a grenade goes off over Brogan’s head. Gameplay zooms in on Brogan’s face as he begins to speak. Brogan can only manage “You’re kidding” though before the grenade explodes behind him.

Starfield immediately began firing at Brogan, who was clearly shocked and angry at being interrupted.
While the game’s release has led to many fun moments like this, several controversial test results have left players wondering if “Starfield” is truly the best material of the year.
