The alleged specifications of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card have been revealed and it only matches the RTX 3090 Ti in terms of performance.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is said to have 7,680 cores, 12GB of GDDR6X memory and RTX 3090 Ti performance.
According to the passenger Kopite7kimiHowever, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti could be a monster of a card that offers similar performance to the current flagship GeForce RTX 4090 Ti. Leaker has reported some new specs and it seems so 4070. Series They benefit from significantly higher power limits than their predecessors.
As I mentioned earlier, the AD104 SKU has a 400W limit.

It easily matches the RTX 3090 Ti.

“Expected” NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 specs
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is expected to use a full AD104 GPU core with 7,680 cores or 60 SM cores. We also know from previous leaks that the AD104 GPU will come with up to 48MB L2 cache and 160 ROPs, which is just crazy. That’s a 25 percent increase in core numbers and a 12x increase in cache compared to the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with two GA104 GPU cores.
Clock speeds are not yet confirmed, but since it uses the TSMC 4N process, we would expect clocks in the 2.0 to 3.0 GHz range. Higher than average clock speeds from the fact that NVIDIA is doing a two-node leap considering that Samsung’s Ampere GPUs with 8nm nodes were actually a 10nm process node with some improvements. NVIDIA skips the 7nm and goes straight to the 5nm node, not even the vanilla variant but an improved version of it. With Pascal on the TSMC 16nm node, NVIDIA made a huge frequency jump, and we can expect a similar jump this time around.
In terms of memory space, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is expected to top out with 12GB GDDR6X, clocked at 21Gbps over a 192-bit bus interface for 504GB/s bandwidth. The RTX 4070 is expected to swing around, though TBP 300W The RTX 4070 Ti could end up with a power limit of 400 watts. Well, that might be the power limit of the custom design, the Founders Edition crosses around the 325-350 watt power line. The graphics card is said to be based on the PG141-SKU331 PCB design.
In terms of feature set, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card will include all modern NV feature sets such as latest 4th Gen Tensor cores, 3rd Gen RT cores, latest NVENC encoder and NVCDEC decoder and support rock for the latest API. You’ll pack all the modern RTX features like DLSS, Reflex, Broadcast, Resizable-BAR, Freestyle, Ansel, Highlights, Shadowplay and G-SYNC support. Performance can easily compete with the RTX 3090 Ti, a $199 (MSRP) card. So we can be looking at this kind of performance in $599-$649 US graphics cards.
