After a few RPG-centric installments, Assassin’s Creed Mirage The series is back to its stealth roots, something that has been loved by the masses. While Ubisoft properties will continue to grow with new offerings, Looks like the developers are not closing the door on a new game starring Basim.
Basim, whom we first saw Assassin’s Creed: ValhallaStar has been selected mirage. Although the story of this installment is over, and there are no plans for any kind of DLC, The developers have made it clear that they are not ruling out the possibility of seeing another installment starring the character. This was Stéphane Boudon, creative director mirageRelated:
“We are excited by the reception of Mirage. Mirage is designed as a standalone experience with no DLC planned.
We definitely have ideas on how to expand Basim’s story. But as of today, there are no post-launch content plans. “We have no plans for a major new update, but we will continue to monitor the game and listen to player feedback.”
Thus, it cannot be ruled out that we may see a sequel Assassin’s Creed: Mirage Starring Basim in the future, Which makes the character one of the few assassins to play a major role in multiple installments.. However, considering that projects like Hexe and Jade are in development, this idea will probably not be considered for now.
We just have to see what happens to Basim in the future.. On related matters, Assassin’s Creed: Hex It will be a horror game. Similarly, Assassin’s Creed Z Delayed until 2025.
Author’s Note:
It’s strange that Basim has been chosen to star in multiple Assassin’s Creed games, especially considering his antagonistic roles. Valhalla. However, many may consider him the modern Ezio, since he brought back the traditional formula of the series mirage.
