After its release yesterday, many still have various doubts Assassin’s Creed: Shadows. One of the most important aspects of every delivery is the size of the map. Considering that each new title shows us a larger world, fans hope that this one will have similar dimensions to what we’ve seen in Japan Valhalla. however, It seems that this will not happen.
In a recent interview with IGN, Jonathan Dumont, creative director Assassin’s Creed: Shadows, Confirmed that the map of this installment is similar to what was seen origin, a title that allows us to travel to Egypt. Here’s what he said about it:
“It’s in line with the last Assassin’s Creed we did. On a scale level, maybe we can compare it to the size of Assassin’s Creed Origins. We wanted to keep a scale much closer to real life.
So, because the castles took up a lot of space and we really wanted the mountains to look like mountains, we made the environments look bigger in the game. But I’d say it’s about the same size as Origin.”
This means that we can see Feudal Japan Assassin’s Creed: Shadows Greece and England may be below inside The Odyssey y Valhalla, respectively. However, it will be bigger than it looks mirage. From what Dumont mentioned, this time the focus is more on the density of locations, and not so much on how big the map is.
We remind you that Assassin’s Creed: Shadows Coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC on November 15, 2024. On a related note, Japan responded to this game. Likewise, you can find out about this distribution here.
Author’s Note:
Size isn’t everything in Assassin’s Creed. One of the most criticized sections Valhalla It’s just that the map is too big. Thus, having a place like the one seen in Origin can be a positive aspect that improves the experience of all users.
