New gaming notebooks at CES 2024 include the ROG Strix Scar 16 and 18, equipped with Intel’s Core i9-14900HX, a GeForce RTX 4090 and impressive mini-LED displays.
Asus unveiled the 2024 models of ROG Strix Scar 16 and ROG Strix Scar 18 at CES, which are expected to impress with their performance and display. The ROG Strix Scar 18 has the same specifications, but is larger with an 18-inch display and weighs 3.10 kilograms with dimensions of 39.9 × 29.4 × 2.31-3.08 cm. Both models come with one 90-Wattstunden-Akku Equipped, but given the performance, long runtime is still not expected.
Pricing and availability information for Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 (2024) and Scar 18 (2024) is not yet available. Additionally, the data sheet only lists the RTX 4090, but the press release says “up to” – so other graphics options should be configurable as well.
