Hey guys! Indie developer WildArts, in partnership with Dear Villagers, is pleased to announce their upcoming adventure RPG Born of Bread, available on December 5 for PC, Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox series platforms.
To celebrate the announcement, WildWarts has released a new trailer showing more crazy characters, wild worlds, strategic battles, and all kinds of shenanigans when Born of Bred launches on December 5.
Born of Bread is a native turn-based role-playing adventure reminiscent of classic, cartoon-like RPGs, full of entertaining characters and engaging stories for children and adults alike. Creatures from another age wreak havoc across the land, and their mischief poses a grave threat to all. Unlikely of heroes, Loaf, a golem born of bread and possessed of endless childlike curiosity, finds himself and his new friends embroiled in a drama that spans thousands of years.
Explore a wonderful world full of mystery, from the mysterious ruins of the Forest of Roots to the frozen landscape of the Frosty Flats. With the help of your comrades, fight terrifying villains and engage in fun, quirky turn-based/real-time hybrid battles.

- A pinch of light puzzle.
- Turn-based combat with a dash of real-time mini-games.
- Bright, colorful 2.5D graphics.
- Side missions (add as desired).
- A listener that gives you bonuses in combat.
To start, you’ll need flour golem, Loaf. Place him in a mysterious land where he can socialize with his friends and locals. Although he is not seen much, Loaf can be the hero of this country!
Add stories of creatures from another era wreaking havoc across the land. And with their mischief comes a great threat for everyone!
Form an eclectic cast of lovable characters, a 2.5D illustrated environment, environmental puzzles and unique turn-based/real-time hybrid combat. Make sure you know what enemies are weak or resistant, as Bread of Bread requires brains and reflexes to defeat numerous enemies.
