not this disaster; Even on my PC I can run it perfectly at 4K and 60fps which is always appreciated, of course it looks amazing most of the time but I had annoying little stutters throughout the game which aren’t bad enough to detract from the experience but they only Bad enough to be a thorn in my side.
As always with PC performance issues, I was wondering if it was just me or if the problem was more general. It turned out to be massive. Like, it affects almost everyone.

But since every PC is different, developers aren’t afforded that luxury across platforms (with some rare exceptions, like the last the horizon port), and so most games need to compile a shader faster.
