Heroic Signatures, a spin-off from the Funcom IP, offers followers of Conan the Barbarian a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the Hyborian era. A free text adventure is available on the official Heroic Signatures website where players can test their skills and courage by interacting with Conan. Those who earn Conan’s trust can enter a special competition for a chance to win an impressive map of the Hyborian era drawn by the talented Francesca Berald.
Funcom recently released an update, Age of War – Chapter 2, for their popular open-world survival game Conan Exiles. This massive free update brings significant innovations and changes to core game mechanics, including loot and invasion systems. As with every chapter update, there’s a Battle Pass loaded with cosmetic items like armor, weapons, building materials, and more.
The text adventure is closely tied to Conan Exiles and is influenced by the traditional choose-your-own-adventure game, which takes place at the Dusky Coil Inn, a location featured in Conan Exiles. Players have the ability to control a variety of actions through text input.
In collaboration with developer and story writer Lou Terry, Heroic Signature sought to create a balance between the possibilities offered by the AI and the scenes and characters suited to the world of Conan. Despite giving players freedom of action, unusual or careless actions can cause Conan’s displeasure, thereby reducing the chances of winning. Game Robert E. Based on Howard’s story and enriched with additional lore of the Conan universe, it creates an entertaining experience for those who want to delve deeper into the Hyborian era.
The official Conan website is currently getting a redesign, but Conan adventures await around every corner. A series of monthly digital Conan short stories will launch on October 26th, followed by a new comic book on October 27th.
