Not everyone will see it as a disadvantage that Huawei once again has to offer an Android operating system without Google apps for the new Mate 50 Pro. Nevertheless, this is a significant disadvantage. Also, a 5G chip is missing due to the ongoing ban, but Huawei still wants 1199 euros for the Mate 50 Pro.
Huawei can offer a real camera flagship without a Leica. In the famous DXOMARK, Mate 50 Pro is now ranked first than Google. A high-quality OLED display, fast Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and many other factors basically make for a very good phone.
To be honest, I don’t see Huawei having a chance at such a price yet.
