Scanning documents quickly using your smartphone is child’s play with an ideal Android app.
I have been using Google Drive for some time to digitize my documents and keep them safe A scanner used to be the preferred method, but these days I use my Android smartphone to digitize documents at lightning speed. I like this method even more because the corresponding feature received a massive update earlier in the year, which makes the scanning process even easier.
Although we rarely receive any mail these days, we still accumulate some important documents throughout the year. The organization of my files does not follow a strict system; I have simply named the digitized documents in a meaningful way so that they can be easily found later using the search function. For 1.99 euros a month I get 100 GB of storage space on Google Drive, which is more than enough after many years – including Gmail and Google Photos.
