Xiaomi will radically change the screen area of the new 14 Pro compared to the 13 Pro.
The new display on the Xiaomi 14 Pro was already talked about a lot. Does it have the old school curved style again or is it finally flat like Google and Samsung? Today we know that the display is probably somewhere in between. There are no real curves anymore and yet it is strongly rounded.
xiaomi will power According to their own statement, they will only show the new 14 Pro at the event on October 26 and not before. But they are pictures pop up. We can see that Xiaomi has rounded all four sides of the screen relatively strongly, but this probably only applies to the outer glass and no longer to the panel. It is called 2.5D glass.
This means the Xiaomi 14 Pro will feel very soft in the hand. But apparently Xiaomi’s classic curved display is finally history. For comparison, I’ve included a photo below that shows the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The original display here, the OLED panel, was heavily curved in the elongated directions.
