In Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, ten-year-old Hazel Wells has just moved to the big city of Dimdelphia because of her father’s new job. In addition to being in an unfamiliar environment, this is the first time he has gone off to college without his brother Anthony, who leaves him alone and unsure. That all changes when the pink-and-green-haired neighbors next door reveal they’re no ordinary neighbors…they’re Cosmo and Wanda, the Fairy Godmothers!
