TL; DR
- A new official documentary video Nothing Phone 1 gives some privacy.
- The phone will have a light-up back and it will be a stockX exclusive, probably for a limited time.
- This video is part of a new series, so we’ll find out soon
Nothing’s Carl Pei, formerly of OnePlus, is not unfamiliar with making documentaries about what’s happening in his business space. Nothing works for OnePlus, does it? Nothing because it seems that way Post the first part A self-promoting documentary series before today.
The video is actually a kind of annoying, full seven minutes showing that the employees are not getting ready for work. Eventually, things get interesting, though, and you’ll see Nothing Phone 1.
Despite Nothing’s efforts to cover the details, the video does offer some significant privacy:
- 8:03 – The Nothing Phone 1 has a light up back. You can clearly see that the phone is burning in the hand of the man here. The light seems to follow the path shown when the mysterious symbol Carl Pay announced the existence of the phone. Someone in the background shouts, “Okay. What peace. What a wonderful day.”
- 9:29 – Nina Scott, Nothing’s Senior Influencer Manager, reveals that StockX The phone could be part of the launch. Scott says it makes sense because it will be the first place you can buy a phone. StockX is a buyer / seller marketplace similar to eBay but verified for high-end items. Probably the first Nothing phone to be sold there for a limited time and in limited quantities.
- 14:46 – Here you see a vague shot of the phone in Carl Pay’s hand.
Apparently, this is the first video in a short series. This will probably give the next videos a little tidbit as well. Stay tuned.
