Google has released a new update for its Google Camera and has integrated an innovation for the Pixel 7 Pro smartphone’s macro mode.
With the Pixel 7 Pro, for the first time for a Google phone, the ultra-wide-angle camera can also be used for macro shots. An autofocus is provided for this camera, usually a fixed focus on ultra wide-angle cameras. So far, the only stupid thing has been that the Pixel 7’s macro mode always turns on when you get a little closer to the subject. After the latest update, the user can control it better.
Google is giving users more power over the Pixel 7 Pro’s macro focus
There are now new settings for macro mode or macro focus. You can now decide that auto macro focus is essentially switched off If you already know you want to use it, you can use the new settings to specifically turn on macro mode.
This requires the very latest app version of Google Camera on your Pixel 7 Pro, which it already has About Apkmirror Ready for manual installation. The app update (8.7.250) should roll out via the Google Play Store in the coming days.
