According to Apple, the next-generation iPad Pro will launch alongside a redesigned Magic Keyboard accessory that will make the device look more like a laptop. BloombergMark Gorman.
i am latest version In its Power On newsletter, Gorman said the next-generation iPad Pro will be the first major product update after 2018 and will introduce “seasonal changes.” Codenamed “J717”, “J718”, “J720” and “J721”, the new models feature Apple M3 silicon chips, OLED displays and 11- and 13-inch options.
As well as an overhaul of the tablet itself, an updated version of the Magic Keyboard for iPad will offer a larger trackpad, address criticisms of the current model and “make the iPad Pro feel more like a laptop than its current setup.”
The new iPad Pro – and the new Magic Keyboard – aren’t expected to launch until the spring or early summer of 2024, and other iPad models are unlikely to receive anything but minor updates. A major refresh of the product line could boost Apple’s sluggish tablet sales next year.
