(Pocket-Lint) – As users automatically post videos posted to their feed as reels, Instagram is basically looking for a new way to combine its variety of video posts.
The feature is now being tested on some users who will see an in-app message to let them know about changes if they are affected.
Instagram is now relaying every video

The privacy settings of your account are very relevant in this case, the difference between whether anyone can see your auto-posted reels or only those who follow you.
By default, it looks like anyone watching the reel will be able to remix it with their own spin, but the message says that it can be changed in your account settings, which is also welcome.
Given that the reels are all about vertical video, although normal video posts don’t have to stick to that limitation, it will be interesting to see how easily Instagram can adjust posts in the format, but it certainly looks like a big experiment in public nature.
Time will tell if the feature will roll out more widely and become the norm, but for now it looks like Instagram is doubling in video content.
