Yellan and Cookie Shinobu as new characters, to discover more about the history and mysteries of Liu. Meanwhile, the Artaki Gang invites you to the almighty Artaki Great and Glorious Drumalong Festival and the latest season of Rhythm Games.

Trapped inside a deep shaft
It seems that The Chasm is not only the source of the twin children of Khayenaria and Traveler, but also of the history and secrets of Liu, including how the people fought against the demons 500 years ago. For a long time, Yelan has been keeping an eye on The Chasm, then trying to figure out what happened, which may be closely related to its origin. Also, Yaksha seems to have a deep connection with what happened in the past.
On the new Event Dangerous Trail, you’ll start a new Archon Quest Interlude chapter featuring a cast of various characters within The Chasm. As the story progresses, a new battle challenge Realms of Guile and War will be unlocked with a dangerous trail event that will test both your combat skills and party-building strategy. In this new game mode, you will face several rounds of battle in four different domains, and each domain has its own rules for rearranging your party after each round of battle. For example, the Direcliffe Court domain allows only one member of your current team to continue the fight in the next round, while in the Kaleidoscope Cage domain, two current members will be randomly banned from the next fight. The challenge can be daunting, so we’ve got multiple strategy buffs and trial characters to choose from. In battle, our new 5-star playable character is Yellen in favor of the bow, and is capable of being a hydro DPS that combines fast attack with agile dynamics. Shortly after the battle, Yellan will enter a “breakthrough” state, which will reduce the time to charge his next charged target shot, and once charged, he can fire a breakthrough barb that will deal with AoE Hydro DMG. With its elemental skill lingering lifeline, Yellan can move faster, identify his opponent, and tackle the Hydro DMG at the intended target once his rapid movement is over. Yellen also has a definite chance of resetting his breakthrough state, based on the number of opponents identified. His Elemental Burst Depth-Clareon Dice works with AoE Hydro DMG and creates a wonderful dice to help fight. Dice will follow your active character and launch a coordinated attack when you launch a general attack or when Yellen’s lifeline explodes and hits an opponent. With Yellen’s Passive Talent Adapt with Ease, the loss of active character increases over time while Dice is active. What’s more, Yellan’s Max HP grows based on the number of elemental types present at the party.
While Yelan is protecting Liu from plots and threats, Cookie Shinobu is busy rescuing boss and associate Artaki gang members from various troublesome and dangerous situations. Born into a temple virgin family, Shinobu took a different path. He has learned a variety of crafts and skills and has acquired so many professional certificates that his business card cannot even list them. He even studied law at Liu as a junior alumnus of Yanfei. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. As a four-star electro-sword character in battle, Cookie Shinobu can be a powerful support for healing teammates and dealing with continued damage from the battlefield. Shinobu’s Elemental Skill Sanctifying Ring will dedicate a certain portion of his HP and create a grass ring of activation that will heal the friendly characters inside and deal with the constant electro DMG with the surrounding opponents. Shinobu’s healing and loss will be increased based on his initial skills and his healing bonus may be further increased if his HP drops to a certain level. In his elemental burst GEO Narukami Kariyama Rai, Shinobu creates a special field in front that handles the constant electro damage of opponents inside.
Yelan’s Event Wish will be available at the beginning of version 2.7, in line with Xiao’s remake. Artaki Ito and Cookie Shinobu will join the next stage of the update.
