In recent years, Lenovo has introduced several devices that have experimented with flexible AMOLED displays. Now a new patent from the manufacturer has surfaced showing a new type of notebook with a rollable display. So the screen can easily be expanded to ultrawide format.
At Lenovo Tech World 2022, Lenovo presented a notebook with an enlarged display for the first time. However, like the Motorola Rollable here the display area is extended upwards. The concept is demonstrated using a ThinkBook notebook, which typically has a classic 16:9 display. The device shown has a flexible housing consisting of fixed and movable components.
