Motorola is looking to gain some ground in the smartphone market, reportedly pulling all the stops to fold the next Razr into a true flagship device.
Motorola capitalizes on its past popularity and relaunches the Razr brand in late 2019 in an effort to keep up with the trend towards foldable phones. Unfortunately, the Razr was basically a disappointment, providing only moderate performance, battery life, build quality and much more. According to Android PoliceThe company wants to fix this with Razr 3 and provide a real flagship experience.

Motorola General Manager Shane Jin posted a picture Weibo It looks like a foldable phone with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus. Qualcomm’s latest chip will eventually deliver flagship-level performance compared to the Razr 1 and 2, both of which support mid-range processors.
Depending on the configuration, the new processor is expected to be paired with 8 or 12GB RAM and 256 or 512GB storage. The camera will also see a significant upgrade, coming in at 50MP for the primary camera and 13MP for the ultraviolet sensor.
If the reports are true, the Motorola Razr could finally provide an experience worthy of its name and replace it as one of the most foldable phones on the market.
