Nintendo Switch 2 leaks continue to emerge — even if Nintendo is taking some pretty dramatic steps to ensure that’s not the case.
Hot on the heels of leaked information about the Switch 2’s larger screen and new JoyCons, a new report confirms much of what we’ve heard while adding some new details. The Switch 2 is rumored to have an Nvidia chip based on the Ampere architecture for the RTX 30. Previous rumors have suggested that the Switch 2 will have enough power to match the ray tracing performance of the Xbox Series S – still behind the PlayStation and Xbox. But strong enough for what Nintendo seems to be doing with its games.
It has been suggested that the new Switch will support DLSS, which could keep the performance strong, especially if the rumors that Nintendo will overclock the console are true.
