During the Overwatch League 2023 Grand Finals broadcast, Overwatch 2 executive producer Jared Neuse and game director Aaron Keller talked about the game’s upcoming map, which will be released in a few weeks. The new Samoa control map offers a variety of locations, including beaches, city centers and a volcano, over which players will compete in battles on the tropical island.

Samoa will be introduced in Overwatch 2 Season 7, which launches on October 10th. More information about the season will be released in the coming weeks.
