6 days is probably because this entry is like “Asteroid” at the beginning and end, but it was a bit exaggerated for me. “Galaxy, for example,” resolves the Androids; Here’s what you need to know about the brand, including several Samsung smartphones that use this technology The operating system in question.
25 D. I needed every letter of the jumper entry in this one, “Rafael ______,” Red Sox All-Star third baseman. This is not my experience, this is the first time Raphael Devers has played a Times crime story, although it was him A major league player since 2017.
35 D. “Lying?” Solves the beautiful and unforgettable word game: ON A DARE. (Speaking of Pavlovian! I was thinking of playing “Truth or Dare” at a summer camp I attended last century, though I have no idea if anyone will be playing it in 2024.)
Notes about the creator
I’m so excited to be back at The New York Times! Thanks to everyone who solved this puzzle and made it possible.
This puzzle, like my last one, consists of wrenches 1 down and 15 across. The sentence in 1D was my first initial entry, which I thought about one day last summer and thought was particularly worthy of the network. For fun, I decided to try diagonal symmetry and I’m really happy with the results.
Of the clues that made it into the final puzzle, my favorites were 41A, 25D, and 48D, and I was so glad the editors kept them. Of the modified formulas, I liked the 19A and especially the 10D the best, which I thought was clever.
Personally, I’m turning 21 in just over a week, so I consider this puzzle a birthday present to myself. Thanks for the solution, I hope to come back soon!
