Google already wants to change a lot this year with the Pixel 9 series doing a lot of things differently than the Pixel 8 and its predecessor. Now more plans that Google has for the new flagship smartphone are leaking. Apart from the new Pro XL there is one more surprise.
According to good sources from Android Authority, the next Pixel Fold will be assigned to the Pixel 9. It will likely be called the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and will be technically very close to the Pixel 9 Pro. Which gives hope that there will be a big technological leap from the first fold.

- Pixel 9 Pro – codenamed “caiman”
- Pixel 9 Pro XL – codenamed “Comodo”
- Pixel 9 Pro Fold – Codenamed “Comet”
