- Android 13 isn’t bug-free either.
- Pixel users say wireless charging doesn’t work.
- Still no real bug fix.
So far, Android 13 seems to be running correctly on many devices. However, there are some problems that some users face. For example, Pixel 4 owners are initially affected by the fact that they can no longer charge wirelessly from Android 13.
There are probably users of more recent devices who report similar problems. However, my two Pixel 6 smartphones can still be charged wirelessly. Some things are different, as you can read in a reddit thread.
The September update is the first hope for affected users
The software that controls the loading process must be responsible. There may be a bug that even prevents wireless charging altogether. For some, restarting the phone is enough to fix the problem, at least temporarily.
If Google is now aware of the flaw and comes up with a fix quickly, the upcoming September update may already be redeeming. But I wouldn’t put all my hopes on it.
