Google released Pixel Camera in a new app version with fixes and new features.
Google announced two innovations for the camera app on the Pixel smartphone in the past few days and the updated app version was launched a few days later. The new app version 9.4 is now out on the Play Store and other sources, the first update since April 2024.
Switching back and forth between cameras used on Pixel smartphones (Pro) is now easier. Also, “Top Photo” or “Best Moment” is now supported for HDR+ recording as well, the developers announced.
As is often the case with Pixel feature drops, new features are announced and introduced but only made available through essential app updates. You can expect a few bug fixes and improvements, and three optimizations were also announced.
