Known according to what is shown on the page rotten tomatoes, It was not a total favorite of people, as some called it a little too easy and others liked it but a little less. Here are some comments from critics:
Fresh Fiction: An inspired homage to a sci-fi classic that should have been copied from Cliff’s Notes, written by a sleep-deprived student who only half-pays attention in film class. It is a tasteless byproduct of exotic ambitions.
Hollywood Daily: Another Zack Snyder movie with the same old problem. Quality production value with an uninformed and disjointed narrative. I think it’s a broken record.
Den of Geek: Despite being in a galaxy with a thousand star systems and worlds, it has no sunlight. or charm. It’s a relentlessly dark cosmos that confuses a lack of humor with a lack of life.
io9: Rebel Moon is a cacophony of sci-fi tropes… It’s undeniably beautiful, expertly made and fun enough to watch, but it leaves little lasting impression.
Movie Web: Zack Snyder is in a galaxy far, far away, frustrated when his space opera franchise stumbles off a contrived start. Rebellion – Part I: A Child of Fire is an inspired mash-up of familiar themes, characters and settings taken from the classic blockbuster.
Remember that Rebel Moon – Part One – Child of Fire already on Netflix.

Editor’s note: The truth is that I have never heard of this movie, but it seems to be something related to the adaptation of a book in the world of Hollywood. Few have succeeded in this area, including Harry Potter and Twilight, while others like Narnia have tried but failed.
