RuneScape-inspired Idle RPG Melvor Idle gets a new expansion today

Today Malcolms Jagex and Games released Atlas of Discovery, a new expansion for Melvor Idol. This latest DLC adds two new skills and a brand new game mode: Ancient Ruins and dozens of new additions that add more depth to the idle role-playing game.

Atlas of Discovery allows players to explore the vast world of Melvor and uncover new areas of the world map for the first time with all-new cartography skills. And those who want to delve deeper into Earth’s dark past can use new archeology skills to discover powerful new artifacts that lurk just below the surface.

Players can further hone their combat skills in new Battle Zones, Hunter Zones and Dungeons, with over 45 dangerous new monsters to fight and hundreds of new items to discover. Players will master new combat techniques such as Unholy Prayer and the powerful Barrier mechanic, and benefit from new equipment slots and equipment levels. There are even adorable new pets to take with you on your adventures.
