Samsung’s new wallpaper style for the Galaxy S24 is reminiscent of the Google Pixel 8

Samsung probably copied the new Galaxy S24 wallpaper theme from Google.

Google introduced a new style for its wallpapers with the Pixel 8 series, switching to minerals in 2023. Samsung seems to be following this example to a certain extent and is planning a similar theme for the pre-installed wallpapers for the Galaxy S24 series, which will be released in January 2024.

As well-known insider “iUniverse” reports, Samsung will use jewels as a theme for background images and possibly for selected colors in 2024. The Galaxy S23 had a more moon-like motif, so it’s a big leap and a whole new thing.

The Pixel 8 phone has a really nice design and beautiful colors. Samsung should probably get this right in a similar regard.
