SWIT recently introduced its range of B-mount battery solutions. These include a 290Wh 28.8V B-mount Battery, B-mount Hot-swap Plates for the ALEXA SXT / LF / 65 / MINI / MINI LF, and a 4x100W Super Fast B-mount Charger.
The B-mount is ARRI’s 24V open-standard battery system. Essentially it is a battery system that is capable of providing 24V power, but it is also able to support 12V.
B-Mount is cross-compatible with on-set camera and lighting equipment from manufacturers worldwide, and it enables productions to streamline their power needs and source batteries locally.
B-Mount was specifically designed to become an industry standard for cameras, lights, and stabilizers. Multiple manufacturers are and will be making B-Mount batteries and as I mentioned earlier the main benefit of the system is that it still works with existing products and battery standards.
SWIT was one of the first battery manufacturers to support B-mount and in the coming years, I think you will start to see more and more higher-end digital cinema cameras and lights adopting the B-mount standard.

The 290Wh 28.8V B-mount battery features a 250W constant load and a 305W peak load. It also has two D-tap outputs with a regulated voltage of 16V.
Additionally, there are USB-C 60W in and out ports that you can use to power laptops. You can also charge the battery via a USB-C adapter.

The PC-P461B can charge 4x B-mount batteries simultaneously at 33.6V / 3A, 100W per channel which provides up to 60% faster charging time when compared to normal chargers.
The charger is compatible with pure 28.8V B-mount batteries and 14.4V / 28.8V bi-voltage B-mount batteries.

The KA-A30B powers ALEXA SXT / LF / 65 cameras at 28.8V (22-33.6V) by the rear contact pins, and when removing the B-mount battery, the KA-A30B output reg. 28V to camera for hot-swapping.
The plate has 32Wh / 3Ah battery cells inside, and it can supply a 200W constant high load, even after 1000 cycle times. It can provide 2 minutes of hot-swap time when changing a battery.

The KA-R31B is a B-mount hot-swap plate for ARRI Alexa MINI / MINI LF and it has SDI in and out distribution along with an isolator. It powers cameras at 28.8V (22-33.6V) by 8-pin DC-IN. When removing the B-mount battery, you don’t need to switch off the camera when changing the battery.
The plate has 32Wh / 3Ah battery cells inside, and it can supply a 200W constant high load, even after 1000 cycle times. It can provide 2 minutes of hot-swap time when changing a battery.
