The long-awaited show of the franchise launched last weekend Fallout For the Prime Video platform, which was well received by particular critics and fans, and precisely because it does not seek to imitate the events of the game, but its own story with unique characters. With this reception it is expected that there will be confirmation for the second season and those who were waiting for the announcement will surely be happy with what was revealed a few days ago.
As reported, California Film Commission $152 million in tax incentives were given to various television shows, and the second season of the series was included in that budget list. So yes, they were already thinking about a new wave of episodes long before the first episode was released, and that means they expected good reviews in advance.
Actually the executive producer of the show, Jonathan Nolanwho co-wrote many of his brother’s films Christopher NolanSpeaking about his admiration for this game franchise:
I didn’t know much about it and was in a confused mood. I think Chris commissioned me to write The Dark Knight Rises, and so if that movie was delayed a bit, it was probably because of Fallout 3.
Here is its summary:
Fallout is a science-fiction adventure drama series based on one of the best-known video game franchises of all time. We’re set in a world where almost nothing is left, 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse in 2077. The peaceful inhabitants of a cozy anti-nuclear shelter are forced to return to the surface.
Above, a dark world awaits them, incredibly complex and populated, delightfully strange and extremely violent. It is a retrofuturistic universe that preserves the general aesthetic of the 50s where they are protected from radiation, mutants and bandits. What will happen to these inhabitants who are used to living in underground bunkers?
Note that all episodes of the series are now available Prime Video.

Editor’s note: At this point I haven’t finished the series yet, but I’m loving it at this point even though I haven’t finished any installment of the games. This says a lot, since they aim at a general level and don’t narrow down to just a niche.
