Nowadays, television series are already common, but more than anything they have gained high popularity for being launched on different streaming platforms. A company that has realized that it is none other than Apple, has already achieved success Ted Lasso. And now, a first trailer has been released for the rather ambitious project it bears Masters of AirA program that will focus on combat aviators.
What really catches your attention here are those in the production department, as there are big names Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman. Added to this is an interesting story that takes place in the framework of World War II. And while it’s a topic that’s been exploited a lot in Hollywood, it’s important for many to have different perspectives during such a powerful event.
Here you can watch the trailer:
Summary of this series:
Donald L. Based on Miller’s book of the same name and written by John Orloff, “Masters of the Air” follows the men of the 100th Bomb Group (“Bloody Hundred”) as they conduct dangerous bombing raids in Nazi Germany and operate in freezing conditions, oxygen deprivation and at 25,000 feet. War is a mere fight against terror. “Masters of the Air” is the essence of portraying the psychological and emotional cost these young men paid to help destroy the horrors of Hitler’s Third Reich. Some were shot and captured; Someone was injured or killed. And some were lucky back home. Regardless of individual fate, everyone took a toll.
This is the cast selected by Apple:

Editor’s note: This series sounds interesting, I hadn’t really heard of it until this first trailer was released by Apple. We’ll have to keep an eye out for it when it hits screens around the world sometime in 2024.
