TL; DR
- The Google Pixel 6a and Pixel Watch have reportedly popped up on a US carrier’s inventory system.
- The information suggests that the devices could launch imminently.
Sources have told folks over at Android Police That both the smartwatch and Google’s mid-range phone have popped up on an unnamed US carrier’s inventory system, suggesting that a launch could be near.
Interestingly, the carrier that lists the so-called Pixel Watch does not sell non-cellular smartwatches. So it’s highly likely that Google’s first smartwatch would come with eSIM connectivity.
Meanwhile, the Google Pixel 6a appears in the inventory with the previously rumored codename “Bluejay.” It’s listed in three colors – black, white, and green. All three options seemingly get 128GB internal storage. There’s nothing there to suggest any other storage variants.
Unfortunately, there’s no word on the price and availability of both upcoming Google devices.
