This is a change to the General Telecommunications Act for the National Market and Competition Commission (CNMC), and the government is currently negotiating with companies such as Movistar and Vodafone to facilitate these blocks. for now, Only platforms established in Spain must comply with these measuresHowever, the government expects messaging applications, social networks and browsers to also verify the age of their users
