On Tuesday, July 12, at 1:00 AM, the story begins with the first weekly interactive live stream, hosted by Yvette Nicole Brown. This day lays the foundation for this new epic and explains to fans what effect their choices will have on the characters. On the same day, the instant game will launch daily in open beta with new story content and mini-games. Players will carry progress after the open beta. Fans determine the fate of the inhabitants of Prosper Landing, a village on the Alaskan coast that has so far survived the Walker Apocalypse. As the story progresses, Brown and Day will host a regular live stream that drives the narrative of TWD: LM, discusses the story with guests, and highlights the key choices made by viewers in the instant game.
