The Xiaomi 14 is rumored to get a camera from the Xiaomi 13 Pro

Xiaomi wants to be able to impress again with the camera, so modest upgrades are planned.

Usually the camera is the difference when we compare Pro and Ultra models with regular smartphones. And sometimes it happens that the regular models get the benefits of the previous pro models a little later, which is supposed to be the case with the Xiaomi 14. Insiders know a little more.

With the upcoming Xiaomi 14, the manufacturer should improve the camera again. Image sensors should be bigger, the Xiaomi 14 should have a bigger main camera than even the Galaxy S23 Ultra. But something happens with Zoom too. The telephoto lens from the Xiaomi 13 Pro is set to end up on the regular Xiaomi 14.

This not only makes the basic model more attractive, which looks good at the price of 999 euros, but the Xiaomi 14 Pro will also be able to come with some improvements. The two devices will likely hit the market in 2023, but initially only in China.

For me, a highlight of the Xiaomi 13 Pro was the triple zoom camera, which was also capable of taking macro photos. This is much better than the classic macro camera, where you have to get close to the subject. I hope Xiaomi 14 inherits all these assets
