Over the years, the question of storage has been an important one, as it becomes cheaper to pay per GB every time, something that started with hard drives being somewhat expensive and USB. And now, new data indicates that within a few years, a lot of space will be relatively cheaper than it is now.
black base, a company dedicated to cloud storage and data backup, conducted a study with internal data to see what costs will be in the future. The company has verified that the value per GB has dropped by 87.4% 2009 Until November 2022, with a loss of 0.52% per month. Then in the middle 2025 1 GB will cost around $1 USD
So if you take the average, 22TB and 24TB drives will cost $1 USD per GB. So users will be able to purchase the hard drive for around $200 USD. About what a person can currently pay for a 5TB disk, especially a solid state drive.

Editor’s note: I hope this happens with micro sd memory as well, because I want to buy some for nintendo switch. But, by then I think Heir will already be sold out.
